Yoga Club Activity

21st June is the International Yoga Day. Sisters from Brambhakumari Ashram are coming in our school on that day to teach yoga classes to our students, teaching staffs and non-teaching staffs. Yoga is good for our health. Yoga is good for our health. It improves our mental and physical stabilities. It helps to increase our concentration power on studies. It teaches us how to remain calm and cool in every difficult situation.
