In Memari crystal Model School, all family members work so hard to build the educational experience of our students meaningful and relevant to the socio-economic needs of the times & to equip our youth to face the challenges of the future for leading the society from the front, while ensuring that at the same time they are enjoying their experience of learning.

At the present classrooms have become centers for mutual and inclusive learning that would enhance the growth curve and prepare the students for challenging roles in the future. Therefore, there is a constant need to update and upgrade. We as educators also need to learn, un-learn and re-learn to remain contemporary and fill the need gaps in learning.
Our very able family members endeavor to focus on each and every child, monitor and mentor them, appreciate their achievement and encourage them to overcome their shortcomings. I urge all the members to construct proper, significant and participative learning situations, inculcating life skills in the impressionable children and appreciating their smallest efforts with all generosity and broadness of vision.
Essential areas like the Emotional and the Spiritual well being that were taken care of at home, have now come under the direct purview of the school besides the usual traditional ones. The focus is turned towards values education, soft skills development, leadership training, the art of self governance , crisis management and so on.
Class room management too is seeing a revolution of sorts with pedagogical support from IT and allied media. Consideration of the Multiple Intelligences is a key factor in effective teaching- learning practices in scholastic and co scholastic areas today.
Schools are, more than ever before, being renowned as platforms that should incorporate the demands of the different industries/ entrepreneurships that ultimately children will be required to perform in. Parents can be excellent support for such a programme and come forward to volunteer.
