The Eco Club of Memari Crystal Model School, chotkhanda, Memari perform various activity, to spread awareness among the students and the neighboring society about the importance of Ecological balance and the ill effects of Environmental degradations various activities are taken up by the members of the club. There are 55 members in the Eco-Club.
The members plant saplings provided by Forest Department inside the school premises and in outside localities to spread the message of the benefits of aforestation. The members maintain the school garden by watering the plants regularly and removing the weeds or other unwanted growths.
Compost pit is made to make organic manure for plants. Sit and Draw competition on Protection of Environment is taken up to spread awareness.Banners/Posters on Environmental topic are made.
Seminar on ill effects of Environment Pollution and debate in favor and against on the theme:-
“Economic Development at the expanses of Environment Degradation”
is organized to spread awareness about Eco-logical development. All the students actively participate in protecting the environment and keeping out planet clean.
